Due the further business expansion, we’re looking for Project Manager to join us, with:

Responsibilities:
1. Close communication with the clients to introduce the job description and complete the assignment;
2. Train the interns and researchers to search and develop qualified candidates;
3. Follow Company Policy and practice team member KPI;
4. Interview candidates & direct researcher write the report to client;
5. Arrange suitable candidates to be interviewed by clients;
6. Assist clients and candidates negotiate the salary;
7. Control the consulting service process quality;
8. Arrange all project to be delivery by suitable team member, and control all project on-going smoothly.



Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Minimum 5 years recruitment consulting experience;
3. Solid multi-industry track record;
4.Financial, Luxury & Retail, Manufacture & Industrial, FMCG, Cosmetics, IT&T industry working experience would be preferred;
5.Excellent communication skills with multi-task management competency;
6.Hard working with good oral and written English;
7.Hold the certification of HR Agent is a plus;
8.Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to take challenge in a growing organization.
